Appointments

At Yarraville Village Family Medical Centre our consultations are by appointment only.  If it is an urgent matter, please call our clinic and we will assist you promptly.

Appointments can be made at anytime through our online appointment system.  You can either choose your preferred Doctor or the next available appointment for any Doctor.  You will receive an SMS reminder the day before your appointment.

Appointments can also be made by calling our clinic and speaking to one of our friendly receptionists.  Our receptionists will take calls Monday-Friday: 9am to 6pm.

Our Appointment/Consultation times:
Standard: less than 20 minutes
Long: 20 to 40 minutes
Extended: 40 to 60 minutes
Skin checks: 30 minutes
Men’s Health clinic: 30 minutes
Women’s Health clinic: 30 minutes
Paps smears only: 15 minutes
Travel clinic: 30 minutes
